Ontario, Canada, Interact Direct is the first company in Canada to launch a managed compliance solution for Canada's new Do Not Call List (DNCL) program. The DNCL program goes into effect on September 30, 2008, and carries the risk of heavy fines for businesses that fail to comply.

The solution is called DNC Scrub CanadaTM and it allows businesses to outsource their DNCL compliance administration and list-processing work to Interact Direct, making it easier to keep call lists up-to-date with consumer opt-out requests.
